Assisted in structuring project financing through debt and equity, negotiating terms, and preparing and registering security documentation. • Bank Lending Transaction: Successfully acted for a leading bank in a complex lending transaction involving the preparation and perfection of legal charges, an all-asset debenture, corporate guarantees, and a deed of assignment to secure USD 33,500,000 for financing residential construction in Nairobi. • Luxury Apartments in Naivasha: Advised on the construction and sale of 56 high-end luxury apartments and villas in Naivasha valued at USD 9,259,259, protecting the client’s interests across various aspects of the project. • Property Subdivision in Joska: Facilitated the procurement of certificates of title for subdivided properties in Joska valued at USD 6,481,481. Drafted conveyance and security documentation, ensuring seamless transactions while safeguarding client interests. • Development of Luxury Apartments in Thindigua: Advised a client on project structure, management, legal and regulatory compliance for a development of 24 luxury apartments valued at approximately USD 3,888,888. • Commercial Building in Nairobi CBD: Successfully acted for a leading bank in a complex lending transaction, securing USD 6,018,519 through the preparation and perfection of legal charges, all-asset debentures, corporate guarantees, and a deed of assignment to finance the construction of a commercial building in Nairobi’s CBD. Patricia also supports developers with drafting internal policies to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, making her a trusted advisor for comprehensive real estate and conveyancing solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kabarak University and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Company Secretary.
